This annual report was a school assignment where we had to reimagine a publication for a real nonprofit. I chose Food for the Hungry because I saw a lot of potential to elevate their brand while still honoring their mission. I used their existing colors and assets, but added my own hand-drawn illustrations and layout style to give the report a warmer, more human feel. My goal was to make something that felt both professional and approachable, clean design with emotion behind it.

This project pushed me to be thoughtful about both storytelling and structure. I learned how to use brand assets effectively, explored editorial design, and leaned into my love for hand-drawn details to bring personality into a corporate-style report. It was challenging at times especially balancing information and flow but it taught me how much I value warmth and heart in my design work.
